This is a good question. We’ve had several contractors reach out to us and ask that we give them a ‘5’ star rating [regardless of their performance]. Their claim was that our low rating against them will hinder or decrease their chances of being hired again. Our response to this is simply, “We rate all the contractors based on performance, skills, communication and availability.”
Contractors are given our honest opinion whether great or not so great based on the quality of work we receive.
Our recommendation to contractors who received a low rating score from us, is to seek additional training like a refresher course to improve their skills.
